Product Images and Colors

Screens render color differently. The shade of a dress on your phone or monitor may not match the fabric exactly, and small variations between production batches are normal. We do not treat a minor color difference as a defect, but if what arrives is clearly not the item shown, that is a wrong item and our Refund and Returns Policy covers it in full.

Sizing and Measurements

Sizing follows each brand's own size chart, which may not follow U.S. conventions or the size you usually buy. Most product pages do not list garment measurements in text; email support@noventraz.com with the dress name and we will ask our supplier before you order. Where measurements are provided, they are taken flat and a tolerance of roughly one inch either way is normal for this kind of manufacturing.

Fabric Care and Use

Follow the care instructions on the garment label. Some fabrics and trims are delicate, and machine washing an item marked hand wash or dry clean can damage it. Damage caused by washing against the label is not a manufacturing defect.

Textile products sold in the United States are subject to the general wearing apparel flammability standard at 16 CFR Part 1610. Keep garments away from open flames and heat sources.
