Shipping and Delivery
How long will my order take?
Between 11 and 17 business days in total: 3 to 5 business days to process and dispatch, then 8 to 12 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Why does my order ship from China?
The dresses are made by the brands named in each product title. Our supplier in China stocks them, and orders go directly from its warehouse to you. Shipping this way keeps the price down, and the trade-off is a longer transit time. We publish the real numbers rather than a shorter figure we could not meet.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $7.95, or free when your order subtotal reaches $60 after any discounts.
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. Orders going to a P.O. Box travel with USPS, since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Will I pay customs on delivery?
No. Import duties are included in the price you pay, and nothing is due when the parcel arrives.
What if a courier asks me to pay a fee?
Do not pay it. We have already paid the duties on your order. Email support@noventraz.com with a screenshot or the message you received and we will sort it out with the carrier.
When do I get tracking?
You get a tracking number by email at dispatch. Scans can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing, and tracking often goes quiet for several days during international transit. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Returns and Refunds
Do I have to return items to China?
No. Returns go to a third-party returns facility at 807 Airport Access Rd, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686. It is a domestic parcel for you.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the delivery date, as long as the dress is unworn and unwashed with its original tags and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. We email you a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee. The only thing we do not refund is the original $7.95 shipping charge when you simply changed your mind.
When will I see my refund?
We issue it within 5 to 7 business days of the warehouse receiving your return. Your bank then takes a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes, when the size or color you want is in stock. Email support@noventraz.com and we will arrange it. If it is not available we refund you instead.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email support@noventraz.com with your order number.
Payment and Pricing
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, our payment processor, with the card options shown at checkout. Payments are one-time charges in U.S. dollars. There are no subscriptions.
Is sales tax added?
No sales tax is added at checkout.
My bank charged me a foreign transaction fee. Why?
Our payments may route through an acquirer outside the United States, and some U.S. card issuers add a fee of around 3% when that happens. That fee is your bank's, not ours, and we receive none of it. Check with your issuer if this matters to you.
Products and Sizing
Who makes the dresses?
The brands named in each product title. noventraz is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
How do I choose a size?
Sizing follows each brand's own size chart, which may not match the size you normally buy. Where the brand's chart appears in the product photos, use it. Most product pages do not list garment measurements in text yet. If a product page is missing a measurement you need, email us and we will ask the supplier.
Will the color match the photos?
Close, but screens vary. Colors can look slightly different depending on your monitor or phone, and small differences between batches of fabric are normal.

How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours, by email, at support@noventraz.com. Email is the fastest route to a person.
Why does nobody answer when I call?
We are a small team and we do not staff a phone desk through U.S. business hours. The line at +1 737-286-9415 takes a voicemail and we call back within one business day. We would rather tell you this plainly than advertise a phone desk nobody is sitting at.
