This policy explains what personal information noventraz collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The site is operated by MIRAVELLE COSMETICS LLC, registered in Colorado, United States, registered office 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203.

We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Advertising and Analytics Tags
As of the effective date above, this store does not run Google Ads tags, Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or any third-party advertising or analytics tracker. The only tracking on the site is Shopify's own, which is used to operate the store, keep your cart working, prevent fraud and produce basic store statistics for us.
If we add advertising or analytics tags in future, we will update this page before they go live and add a cookie banner that lets you refuse advertising cookies.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to function: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, securing checkout and detecting fraud. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout will not work properly without the necessary ones.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing for the signal to switch off, but we treat it as a valid opt-out request and it is respected automatically.
Who We Share Information With
- Shopify hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Stripe processes payments. Card data goes to Stripe, not to us.
- Our fulfillment supplier in China receives your name, shipping address and order contents so the parcel can be packed and shipped.
- USPS and FedEx receive the delivery address to make the delivery.
- The third-party returns facility in Michigan receives return details.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to respond.
We do not give your information to data brokers or advertising networks.
International Transfers
To ship your order, your name, address and order contents are sent to our fulfillment supplier in China. Other data is processed in the United States by Shopify and Stripe. By placing an order you understand that delivery data must leave the United States for your parcel to be dispatched.
Email Marketing
We only email marketing to people who subscribed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not use your phone number for marketing of any kind.
Your Rights in California
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, California residents can request to know what personal information we hold and where it came from, request a copy of it, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, but you may still submit the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights: no different prices, no worse service.
Your Rights in Colorado and Other States
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have broadly similar rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. We honor these requests regardless of which state you live in.
Right to Appeal
If we decline your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to that email with the word APPEAL. We respond to appeals within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may complain to your state Attorney General.
How to Make a Request
Email support@noventraz.com with the word PRIVACY in the subject line and tell us what you want. We verify your identity by matching the details you give us against an order in our records. We do not ask you for a government ID, and we do not ask for information beyond what is needed to find your record.
We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days where a request is complex. There is no charge.
Children
This store sells to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and our products are not directed at children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@noventraz.com and we will delete it.
How Long We Keep Information
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Site activity data is kept for up to 12 months. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the store. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if a breach affects their information.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we update the effective date at the top and describe the change. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
