A Note on Time Zones
We are a small team and we are not in the United States during U.S. business hours, so we do not staff a phone desk all day. The line takes a voicemail and we call back within one business day. We would rather tell you this plainly than advertise a phone desk nobody is sitting at. If you need an answer quickly, email is faster.
Registered Office vs. Return Address
These are two different addresses and sending a parcel to the wrong one causes real problems, so here they are side by side.

The Denver address is a registered agent address. It is not a store, a showroom or a warehouse, and nobody there can accept a return. Anything sent there will not reach us.
Before You Write
These answers cover most of what we are asked:
- Where is my order? Delivery takes 11 to 17 business days in total. Your tracking number is in your dispatch email, and scans can take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
- I want to return something. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we send a free prepaid label.
- A courier is asking me for a customs fee. Do not pay it. Duties are already included. Forward us the message.
- Can I cancel? Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, if it has not shipped.
