Terms of service

These terms govern your use of noventraz.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by MIRAVELLE COSMETICS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States, with a registered office at 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. In these terms, "we", "us" and "noventraz" mean that company.

By placing an order you accept these terms.

Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Orders must ship to an address in the 48 contiguous United States. We sell to individual consumers for personal use, not for resale.

How a Contract Is Formed

A product listing is an invitation to buy, not an offer. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not accept it. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. Until that point we may decline the order, and if we do, we refund you in full.

We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, where the price or description was wrong, where we cannot authorize your payment, or where we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or for resale.

Prices and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is $7.95, or free when your subtotal reaches $60 after discounts. Import duties are included in the price. No sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken through Stripe at checkout. Full detail is in our Payment Policy.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order even after confirmation, and we refund you in full. We contact you before doing so.

Shipping, Returns and Cancellation

Delivery times, shipping zones and carrier arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your return rights, the 30-day window, free return labels and refund timing are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been dispatched. Those policies form part of these terms.

Product Descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can using information from our supplier. Colors vary between screens and measurements carry a normal manufacturing tolerance. See our Disclaimer.

Customer Reviews

If we publish customer reviews, they are real. We do not write reviews ourselves, we do not buy them, and we do not offer discounts, free products or any other incentive in exchange for a review or for changing one. We do not suppress negative reviews. This reflects the Federal Trade Commission rule on consumer reviews and testimonials that took effect in 2024.

Acceptable Use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.

Intellectual Property

The noventraz name, the site design, and our own text and images belong to us or our licensors. Product photographs are the images published for these items by their brands and sellers and remain the property of their owners. Brand names in product titles belong to their owners; noventraz is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. You may not copy site content for commercial use without our written permission.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email support@noventraz.com with a description of the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act. We remove infringing material when a valid notice is received.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state. These terms do not limit the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.

Governing Law and Where Disputes Are Heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We would rather resolve a problem by email than in a courtroom, so please write to support@noventraz.com first. If that does not work, you may bring a claim in the courts of the state where you live, or in small claims court in your area. We will not object to you doing so on the ground that we are registered elsewhere. Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this section.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes are reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
